Roger Hatt, MS, LMFT has over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. He is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (New Hampshire and Massachusetts) and as a Certified Social Worker (Massachusetts). Roger has worked as a therapist, with adults, adolescents, and children providing individual, family, and group therapy. 

In addition, he has been a manager, supervisor, and trainer. He has experience in a number of practice settings such as Employee Assistance Services, inpatient drug & alcohol treatment and mental health  care, outpatient therapy, crisis services, and in-home family therapy.

Roger is a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). He has provided training and clinical supervision in different settings over the past 20 years. He supervised crisis staff over a nine-year period as assistant coordinator & coordinator of emergency services at a community mental health center. Roger was also regional director of a state wide agency where he supervised family counselors providing intensive, court-ordered, in-home services for seven years. Roger has been a field supervisor for a number of marriage and family therapy students from Antioch’s graduate program. He currently sees family therapists for post-graduate supervision.

Roger has completed two externship programs in structural/strategic and systemic family therapy. In recent years he has trained extensively in solution-oriented, strength-focused, and narrative approaches. He is interested in the intersection between a family systems outlook and a developmental perspective across the family life cycle. Roger supervises from a respectful, solution focused view toward building on existing supervisee competencies.


Heribert Tryba, MA, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with almost 20 years of experience in the field of counseling and behavioral health. He received his master’s degree in clinical psychology from John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, California and completed extensive training in gestalt therapy, group process and humanistic psychology during a two-year residency at Esalen Institute. 

He is a Clinical .Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC)

Heri is an Associate Faculty Member at Antioch New England Graduate School in Keene, NH, where he teaches prospective mental health professionals in the Department of Applied Psychology. He has taught graduate courses in Couples Therapy, Brief Therapy, Systemic Approaches in Counseling, Introduction to Systems Theory & Practice, and Social and Cultural Diversity at Antioch’s Counseling Psychology Program and Marriage & Family Therapy Program. Heri has eight years of experience as an instructor and group supervisor for master’s degree candidates. He currently provides individual supervision for several practicing marriage & family therapists at Well & Beyond.

Heri uses a systemic perspective for facilitating individual, relational and organizational change. His collaborative approach to mental health supervision and consultation is based on post-modern, social-constructionist and humanistic models. His supervision style is supervisee-centered and relational, with a strong focus on supporting the evolving therapist’s personal and professional growth.

Heri enjoys facilitating program development in behavioral health and behavioral occupational health as well as larger system consultations. His interests include the integration of the mind-body connection, spiritual beliefs and cultural diversity into relational therapy.


Paki Wieland, MSW is a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (L.I.C.S.W.). She is a D.Min. Candidate at the University of Creation Spirituality. Paki’s clinical experience spans nearly twenty years, including 15 years in community mental health, and several years in the private practice of therapy and supervision.

She is the Assistant Director of the Marriage and Family Therapy Program, in the Department of Applied Psychology, Antioch New England Graduate School. In this position, Paki directs the Internship Program and supervises marriage and family therapy students. She teaches classes in Survey of Family Theory, Special Issues in Family Therapy: Addictions & Intrafamiliar Violence, and a popular elective course on Spirituality and Psychotherapy.

Paki is a postmodern thinker. Her work as teacher, therapist and supervisor is guided by her curiosity about the story telling process and her regard for listening to people’s stories. Paki is interested in eco-psychology and brings a strong spiritual perspective to her professional and personal life.


Solveig Tryba, MA, LCMHC provides counseling and psychotherapy services for adults and female adolescents at Well & Beyond. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of New Hampshire as well as a National Certified Counselor with post-master’s experience in the behavioral health field since 1984.

Solveig has worked in several hospital and outpatient practice settings where she gained  experience with behavioral health programs, mental health services, women’s crisis intervention and drug & alcohol treatment

Solveig has a special interest in health psychology. She is a well-rounded psychotherapist with extensive training in the areas of mind/body medicine, holistic health, expressive art therapy, stress reduction and in several bodywork therapies. She studied expressive arts at the University of Berlin, Germany and dance/movement therapy at Antioch New England Graduate School. She has received extensive training in mind/body medicine approaches and stress reduction through Heartwood Holistic Health Institute, the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and the Mind/Body Medical Institute, Harvard Medical School. Solveig has incorporated a wide range of expressive and mind/body methods in her professional work. In addition, she has over 10 years of clinical experience as a licensed massage therapist and body worker, specializing in the treatment of the sexually abused client.

Solveig supervises counselors who are interested in body-oriented psychotherapy, the expressive arts and in mind-body medicine approaches. She also supervises body workers who wish to deepen their understanding in handling the complexities of issues related to touch.
