- Confidential Employee or Family Member Consultations
with an
EAP professional. Typically, people self refer for assistance with
such concerns as stress on the job, family problems, conflicts with
coworkers, financial or legal difficulties, illness, or drug and
alcohol use. Supervisors may refer employees based on their job
performance. Consultations will focus on assessment, crisis response,
short-term problem resolution, and referral to other resources.

and Ongoing Promotion for employees
regarding the EAP benefit and referral process is designed to promote
easy access and high utilization.

on topics such as coping with stress and
anger, assertive communication, or time management.
- Supervisory Training and Consultation

troubled workers, responding to employees in crisis making effective
EAP referrals, conducting performance evaluations, and building
communication, coaching and mediation skills for supervisors.
- Confidential Supervisory Consultation
when a supervisor
confronts a difficult situation with an employee.
- Policy and Procedure Development
related to EAP services,
sexual harassment, substance abuse and workplace violence prevention.
- Critical Incident Response
assists your organization in
preparing for and responding to a crisis event. EAP staff is trained
in critical incident stress management & debriefing methods to
mitigate the harmful impact that an emergency may have on your work
force. We assist you in pro-active emergency planing that integrates
employee needs into your overall preparedness plan.
- Customized Training Programs
such as sexual harassment
awareness or the challenges of workplace diversity,
- Organizational Behavioral Health Consultations
to promote
healthy team functioning, organizational wellness, and stress
prevention.
- Periodic EAP Program Reports
include statistics on employee
usage of the program, summary of delivered services, and
recommendations for program improvement.
